Name, email, user segment, organization, submitted message, minimal technical navigation data and data required to manage access to the product.

3. Purposes

• Managing commercial requests and the waitlist.
• Providing access to the platform and missions.
• Sending communications related to IntelQuest.
• Security, abuse prevention and service improvement.

4. Underage users

IntelQuest may be used by users aged 16–17 only under the legal bases and consents required by applicable law and by the school or training delivery context.

5. Retention

Data is retained for the time required by the stated purposes and applicable legal obligations.

6. Rights

Users may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection and portability under the GDPR.
